Project: North Sydney Renovation
The overall experience working with Lou Projects was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Our job had inherent complexity being a ground floor unit in Sydney with difficult access. Our goal was for an extensive renovation involving relocating existing rooms on the floor plan. Andrew and the team at Lou Projects worked with us to scope out the project and delivered to an exceptionally high standard. Whilst they typically specialise in large house builds, they were able to transpose this expertise into our small and rather dark apartment, helping us open it up into a more expansive and better laid out space. Luke was the Site Manager for our job and worked with us extremely well, including handling our variations that came up along the way, not to mention navigating with strata and keeping our neighbours comfortable and reassured during the process. You can clearly see that Andrew and his team are passionate about quality and building to a high standard, I would definitely work with them again in the future.
