How It Works

These homes offer modular layouts, allowing flexibility to adjust the design to suit different wants and needs, depending on your piece of land, how many rooms you need and so on. Our goal with offering these pre-designed homes is to streamline the entire building process from start to finish. It also saves a lot of time, money and energy upfront, as the bulk of the design is already done for you.

These homes are our answer to affordable, yet sustainably designed and built “project homes”.

The process is simple:

1. Submit your enquiry.
2. Book a consultation – we’ll be in touch to set up an initial meeting to understand what you want. It’s helpful if you choose your favourite design, although we’ll of course help you choose the best design to suit your land and lifestyle, that also reflects your own style. You can then select your preferred facade and the level of inclusions that best suit your personal taste.
3. Finalise your design – we’ll work with our team of architects, engineers and other consultants to finalise your design based on your specific choices and adjustments.
4. Price it all up – we’ll present you with a quote based on your final design.
5. Submit for approval – this will involve either a DA or CDC submission to council.
6. Sign contracts.
7. Build!
