Building better, from the ground up

The how and why behind what we do is what really sets us apart. It starts with three things most builders treat as afterthoughts – and we treat as the foundation of every home.

01 Building Envelope

We create an airtight, weathertight building envelope: the barrier between the outside environment and your living space. Floors, walls, windows, doors and ceiling, all working together to resist air, water, heat, cold, light and noise. On the Central Coast — with our coastal humidity, salt air and hot summers — getting this right is the difference between a home that fights the climate and one that works with it.

02 Insulation

We insulate floors, walls and ceilings, use double-glazed windows and doors, and even insulate around window penetrations to complete the picture. A properly insulated home holds its temperature, slashes heating and cooling costs, and stays comfortable year-round.

03 Ventilation

We design in windows and breezeways for natural ventilation, then go further with mechanical ventilation so there’s always fresh air moving through the home. Healthier air, less moisture, no stuffiness.

All three work together to create homes that are healthy, durable and genuinely energy efficient.
